April 20, 2019 @ 5:30 pm

DukeImmerse Monologue Performance
Students from the Kenan Institute for Ethics’ DukeImmerse program “(De/Re) Constructing the Refugee Experience” will recite personal narratives of refugees collected during their field work in refugee camps in Jordan earlier in the semester. The narratives reveal themes of hopefulness, despair, isolation, the strength of family, and more.
The program is followed by a reception.
