Law & Contemporary Problems volume focuses on international regulatory cooperation
A special volume of Duke Law’s journal Law & Contemporary Problems, co-edited by Rethinking Regulation at KIE co-director Jonathan Wiener, is one of the first publications on the issue since a new round of interest and dialogue was set in motion by TTIP and TTP negotiations and President Obama’s May 2012 Executive Order. The articles in the journal originated as presentations at a symposium on “New Approaches to International Regulatory Cooperation,” hosted by New York University School of Law in 2014, featuring a mix of academics, government officials, and practitioners.
The topic will also be addressed at an upcoming symposium hosted by Rethinking Regulation at KIE April 21-22, featuring George C. Lamb, Jr. Regulatory Fellow Andrea Renda and George C. Lamb, Jr. Regulatory Fellow Practitioner John Graham.
