Registration open for Laurence Helfer’s “international human rights law” online course

re1598809_helfer_stilliman_retouchedLast year, Duke Law Professor and KIE Senior Fellow Laurence Helfer started a new massively open online course (MOOC) through Duke’s partnership with Coursera. This fall, Helfer will again offer this popular and publicly open course on “International Human Rights Law: Prospects and Challenges.” The course spans six weeks, and covers topics including human rights implementation and enforcement on the global, regional, and national levels, as well as current and future human rights challenges.

The course begins on October 19, and free registration is open now. To learn more about Helfer’s work, read the recent Good Question publication profiling how international legal institutions can address critical global problems.
