Caroline Hall

Caroline Hall is a Graduate Student in the Executive Master’s in Public Affairs program at the Sanford School of Public Policy. She is a Duke alumnus having graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s in Political Science and a certificate in Journalism. For the past ten years, she has worked in political campaigns as a fundraising and operations professional. When not in class or at Kenan, you can find her out in Durham with her dog, Penny.

Maria Torres

Maria Torres is an undergraduate sophomore from Orlando, Florida, studying International Comparative Studies and Cinematic Arts. She discovered the Kenan Institute for Ethics by participating in DukeEngage Miami in 2025. Her involvements include Beyond Borders, Flowers for the Future, and the Duke Justice Project. In her downtime, she enjoys long-distance running, arts and crafts, and thrifting.

Nicole Paul

Nicole Paul is a graduate student in the Master of Public Policy program at Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Columbus State University in 2024. Nicole is deeply committed to advocacy and brings this passion to her work with the Kenan Institute for Ethics, contributing to its mission of engaging and strengthening both the Duke and Durham communities. In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, she values building connections with her cohort and engaging with the Durham community. 

Reese Ritter

Reese Ritter is a freshman at Duke University studying public policy, economics, and psychology. He participated in DukeEngage’s Gateway Program in the summer of 2025 before coming on staff as a Communications and Digital Media Assistant. Outside of Kenan, Reese is involved in Duke Pitchforks and Hoof n’ Horn on campus.

Georgia Rabin

Georgia Rabin is a second-year student double-majoring in Biology and Public Policy with a minor in Economics. She first got involved with the Kenan Institute through the “It’s Not Too Late to Build a Better World” FOCUS Program, and is passionate about environmental sustainability and bioethics. She prefers to spend her free time outside in nature and is currently trying very hard to become a runner! 

Suhhyun Lee

Suhhyun Lee is an undergraduate sophomore (’27) studying political science and economics. She first discovered the Kenan Institute as a participant in its Ethics, Leadership and Global Citizenship FOCUS cluster and has continued her involvement through the Worldview Lab and the Kenan LLC. Outside the Kenan, Suhhyun is involved in Duke Beyond Borders, Leap2School, and Club Taekwondo.
