Call for entries: student social media contest on #EthicsStorytime

ethicsstorytimeKIE is introducing its very first Twitter hashtag competition, #EthicsStorytime.

Fairy, folk, and bedtime stories are familiar to everyone, and while they’re meant to teach a lesson, there are all kinds of ethical quandaries wrapped up in these morality tales. You can find everything from petty thievery to vengeful warfare, and we want you to point it out. Take a fairy tale, folk tale, or bedtime story of any sort and point out an ethical conundrum for a chance to win a fabulous prize — lunch in April with KIE Distinguished Lecturer Teju Cole and a gift certificate to your favorite Durham eatery.

Just follow and tweet to @KenanEthics and include #EthicsStorytime in your submission. Limit of three entries per Twitter handle. Users must be affiliated in some way with the University to win, but anyone can participate for fun!

Still not sure what we’re looking for? Here’s an example:

The contest ends December 1, so start tweeting!
