Barak Richman warns of the dangers to people of all faiths from recent N.C. legislation

In a recent op-ed in Raleigh’s News & Observer, KIE Senior Fellow and Duke Law Professor Barak Richman admonished the passing of the recent N.C. House Bill against Sharia law, the “Family, Faith and Freedom Protection Act of 2013,” by discussing the ways in which the law and others like it infringe on religious freedoms and affect all faiths.
