		<description><![CDATA[Yes, it is the right thing to do so, but only if; 1) one believes that a greater societal good
shall come as a result of that wrongful action and 2) there is no other better and lawful action that one can take. If her fraud aids in the fight against discriminatory educational policies, then her jail term is but a cost that must be borne 
in the process of fighting for more equitable educational policies. However, we should take this stand with a lot of caution. It is not a green light for every self interested fellow to break the law in the advancement of their self interests. Whether her intentions were purely self-interested or not depends on many circumstances particular to her place. Laws are meant to enhance equality and justice in society, but as long as some laws are found wanting of this measure, then they should be repealed and if such action is not possible due to self-interested
opposition, then those disadvataged by the law are justified in frustrating it.]]></description>
