		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t even think it&#039;s a matter of telling another culture, as in the US we are certainly struggling with our fair share of controversy over whether or not to ban certain video games, music, or movies for children. Although I think that there should definitely be warnings or certain content, whether it be music or video, and age restrictions, I can&#039;t say I&#039;m a fan of all out government bans. Especially in the US, we value the notion of choice and an all out government ban on one specific type of music is too much for me. Radios can use discretion and refuse to play it, parents can not allow their children to listen to it but I don&#039;t think the government should step in.]]></description>
