Margaret L. (Lou) Brown is the Education and Outreach Associate at the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke University. She is responsible for working with faculty, staff, and students to develop, implement, and evaluate the Institute’s educational and outreach programs. Prior to coming to the Institute in 2010, she was a visiting assistant professor in the Department of Political Science and academic coordinator for the Politics, Philosophy, and Economics Certificate Program at Duke University. Lou holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Wake Forest University and an A.M. and Ph.D. in Sociocultural Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis.
