Measure Up and We Measure Up are online assessment tools that provide insight into the ethical strengths and weaknesses of an organization.

The tools consist of a 23-question survey that breaks down ethics into five specific components: accountability, transparency, candor, commitment, and courage. These components enable you to see what specific aspects of your organization might require improvement or reinforcement.

We Measure Up allows a leader of an organization or department to invite organizational members to anonymously complete the assessment tool.
