American University: Washington College of Law Administrative Law Review. Publishes legal-scholarship on general questions of Administrative Law. The Administrative Law Review is the premier journal in the field and is the official journal of the American Bar Association’s Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice.

Competition and Regulation in Network Industries. A double-blind peer-reviewed journal for scholarship on network industries like energy, sanitation, water, and telecom. Dedicated to exploring the balance between competition and regulation.

Governance: An International Journal of Policy, Administration, and Institutions. A journal published in collaboration with the International Political Science Association’s Research Committee on the Structure and Organization of Government. Governance emphasizes international and comparative approaches with broad theoretical and practical appeal.

Journal of Administration and Governance. Official Journal of the Network of Asia Pacific Schools and Institutes of Public Administration and Governance (NAPSIPAG). An influential Australian journal covering a variety of international topics.

Journal of Banking Regulation. An industry-oriented journal focused on banking regulation. For subscribers, the site hosts downloadable versions of journal articles. Banking Regulation’s site hosts samples of the kinds of articles that appear in the Journal. Published quarterly.

The Journal of Regulation. A French online and print journal on issues of regulatory law. Marie-Anne Frison-Roche is the editor.

Journal of Regulatory Economics. Bi-monthly journal exploring the economic foundations of regulatory theory. Welcomes both theoretical and applied research on all regulatory topics. Published through Rutgers University’s Center for Research in Regulated Industries.

Regulation and Governance is a quarterly interdisciplinary journal that positions itself as the premier journal in the field of Regulatory Studies. According to the Journal’s overview page, “we seek to advance discussions between various disciplines about regulation and governance, promote the development of new theoretical and empirical understanding, and serve the growing needs of practitioners for a useful academic reference.”

Risk & Regulation is a biannual LSE journal with print and online publication. Publishes works by both scholars and people working in industry.

Yale Journal on Regulation is a biannual law journal covering regulatory topics. One of the top 20 specialized U.S. law journals. Awards the Walton H. Hamilton Prize for best piece of scholarship in each journal edition. The Journal’s website also hosts a searchable archive of past journal editions, although only a citation for the article is provided.
