Leslie Roth is a Research Assistant at the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke
University and a sixth year doctoral student. She examines the intersection of
morality and risk, particularly as it pertains to the maintenance of racial and
class boundaries. Prior to coming to the Institute in 2009, she was a research
and teaching assistant in the Duke Sociology department and hopes to receive
her Sociology PhD in 2011.
