Andres Luco is a 2009-10 Kenan Graduate Colloquium Fellow and a Ph.D. candidate in the Philosophy Department at Duke University. His fields of study include normative ethics, moral psychology, meta-ethics, and the philosophy of social science. His dissertation, tentatively titled “The Rationality of Virtue,” is a defense of the thesis that moral conduct serve the desires and interests of the individual. Andres received a B.A. in Philosophy and Modern Culture & Media from Brown University in 2003.
