The World Food Programme (WFP) is the food aid arm of the United Nations system, aiming to combat world hunger. The Kenan Institute for Ethics developed a relationship with the WFP office in Nepal through its Refugee Resettlement Project and DukeImmerse: Uprooted/Rerouted. The summer internship program is meant to give students hands-on experience in humanitarian aid work. Responsibilities of the internship include program evaluation, data collection, and case study writing.
