Each academic year, a group of students are selected as the Duke Human Rights Center’s Global Human Rights Scholars.
As part of their work, students become “Rights Writers,” blogging monthly about a human rights topic of their choice, ranging from human rights abuses to the purpose and responsibilities of the United Nations. Through research, the Rights Writers provide unique context from their view of the world and its humanitarian challenges.
The Duke Human Rights Center at Kenan has selected the 2017-2018 team of Global Human Rights Scholars. Learn more about them here!
