Panel Discussion, “Coaches as Moral Leaders?”

What does it mean to be a moral leader, what does it mean to be a good coach—and are these two really the same thing? This panel explored the role of coaches as moral leaders and examined what personal characteristics and outside factors influence the type of moral leadership exhibited.
