In an effort to help integrate character education into more classroom settings, a resource collection of K-12 character education projects and lesson plans is available on the website of the Kenan Institute for Ethics. The NCCEY Resource Collection includes a profile of award-winning NCCEY projects and educators, along with two lesson plans demonstrating how each project was implemented. Reading through these projects can give educators ideas on how to use projects in their own classrooms, ways to adapt projects for different grade levels, or train their students to "cascade" their knowledge and understanding to younger grade levels.

Material from the online version of The NCCEY Resource Collection may be downloaded and printed free of charge. Printed copies ($10 each) may also be ordered by contacting kie@duke.edu or (919) 660-3033.
